- Boil 15 cups of water in a large vessel, let the water boil. Add a teaspoon of refined oil & salt
- Drop the noodles into the water, cook the noodles till almost done. Do not over stir the noodles. Drain the cooked noodles from hot water and wash in running cold water
- Spread on a flat surface to cool, if sticky, Spray/spread a teaspoon or two of oil to prevent sticking
- Add noodles to pre cooked veg or non veg mix and toss.
